Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our WordPress services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our offerings.

2. Products, Services, & Subscriptions

We offer both non-recurring (one-time) products or services (such as a single theme purchase) and recurring subscription services (such as monthly plugin updates, support, or maintenance plans).

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
  • One-Time Payments: For non-recurring purchases, you will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase.
  • Recurring Subscriptions: By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to store your payment information and automatically charge the recurring fee on the specified billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) via Stripe.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide you with advance notice of any price changes in accordance with Stripe billing guidelines.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Canceling Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the period ends.
  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on monthly subscription payments already processed. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access through the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. For custom one-time builds, a 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If you have a billing concern, contact me at justin@jackalwp.com and we’ll work it out.

5. Intellectual Property

All tools, automations, workflows, content, and materials provided by JackalWP remain the intellectual property of JackalWP.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services and products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, services, or plugins.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website and services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
