Hey there,
There’s an awesome new Free Website Auditing tool available right from our homepage.
It’s really just a few API pulls. Conceptually, it shows that we can pull real data, build reports, we can email or ping the right people for any given alert that comes up, organize, sort, summarize data, the sky is the limit.
The reason I built it is to provide some context on the type of data we can pull for you (the tip of the iceberg). You will see a workflow run from filling in a single form field, and if it wasn’t a free automation, we could build some massively interesting tools for you and your team.
The Auditor will likely be your first glance at the client portal. This is where you can go to do your 1-time setup of any workflow automations you’ve selected or built.
The whole portal is a new build from this week.
I’ve updated the design of the site quite a bit, making only the header and footer full-width, everything else is boxed in the center. New layouts for many sections, color changes, better mobile and tablet viewing experiences.
Showing Value To Visitors
JackalWP provides meaningful value, it’s just a matter of figuring out how to show that to others.
Clients have told me “I don’t really think it applies to me, I don’t see a use of software automations.” while they manually copy and paste data into a spreadsheet, line by line.
You just don’t have to do that anymore.
Random Custom Build Concept
If a client had a physical spreadsheet that’s getting filled in at work and they move it all to a database online manually, I can set it up so you just take a picture of the paper with your phone and send the image. The automation would handle the rest. You’re done.
Hours saved every week.
There’s very little I can’t create from the JackalWP tech stack.
Needless to say I’m looking forward to my next custom build.
JackalWP Videos and Socials
I recorded some short videos for JackalWP.
They discuss each workflow, signing up for JackalWP Core, Pro, or reaching out for a custom build.
I don’t know what it is. I can livestream no problem, it feels totally natural. But talking to a camera when I know nobody is on the other side yet, it makes me feel awkward. So, the editing it requires, it’s a lot of work. I’ll post eventually I’m sure.
That said, I’ve at least set up the following JackalWP socials. Follow along if you want:
I’m sure these socials will also end up in the site footer eventually.
Zelda and My Closing Thoughts
I referenced Zelda in my previous, and first-ever JackalWP post, maybe I’ll do the Seinfeld Superman connection and have a reference in every post, even if it’s subtle or hidden.
I suppose it’s a way to keep things interesting for myself.
Darston’s Nugget of Wisdom #32, inspired me in building JackalWP.
It applies to me, but also to those who are trying to run a business without proper workflow automations in place:
“Don’t stop when it’s GO Time!”
And it’s time for JackalWP.
